  • Spent 3 nights at the Rio this past weekend. The room was ok, although I was in the older tower that needs a remodel. Night 1: No hot water. Called front desk, they said they hoped to have it working in the morning. Day 1: "Hot" water was lukewarm. Maid didn't come in room Night 2: Hot water working properly Day 2: Maid didn't come in room Night 2: Nothing to report, other than dumping trash in hallway can Day 3: Still no maid service Night 3: Nothing to report, other than dumping trash in hallway can
