  • Disaster struck and I had an ink pen melt on my light leather car seat. The ink spread and pooled all over the passenger seat of my Lexus. I was sick, imagining that I would have to replace the entire car seat or reupholster the entire thing. I tried a car detailer and he could hardly even lighten the stain. Luckily, they referred me to Scott Neuberger at Leather Medic, Inc http://leathermedicphoenix.com/. He worked MAGIC on my leather car seat. I couldn't believe it. I brought the car to his home, though he said he could drive to me if I preferred. In one hour the stain was GONE! Unimaginable! He warned me that it could seep through and he even offered a refund if it did. Even a little seeping through was 100 times better than what I had, but I was impressed at his integrity. After two days a very light, quarter inch ink spot came through and I called Scott. He set up a time to meet and in 15 minutes touched up the spot and it was GONE! NO CHARGE! I can't say enough about how fabulous his work is and how reasonable he is. My car seats, even without the ink removal, looked like brand new. I paid less than $100 and he saved me many times that amount. I would use him in a minute for any leather repair or restoration in my home, auto, boat, etc. Tell all your friends. He is the BEST!
