Miserable final experience. what happened is i turned in my equipment on 4/2/18 and was given a receipt. Then I called to cancel my service because I was moving to an apartment that only allows for cox communications. I was told no early cancellation fee. Not only was I charge a cancellation fee but they have no record of the phone call and said my service was not cut off until 4/25. I was charged $200 for the cancellation fee and an extra $95 of service even though i did not have the modem or remote or any of the equipment for 23 days. calling customer service to a run around joke. i can't believe they dont have notes or a record of when customers call in, especially when it's to cancel
