  • I have removed a previous unsatisfactory review for this Banfield since they seem to have redeemed themselves today after we were turned away from another Banfield Hospital for disputing a portion of our bill and Wellness Plan coverage two weeks ago. Today, Dr. Morris and her staff took us in on short notice for a followup checkup. Good thing too; there was a small issue with the healing of our senior dog's extraction done two weeks ago at the other location that could have become a problem if unaddressed. It was turning out to be a frustrating day with Banfield today until Dr. Morris and her staff stepped in and saved the day, and our dog's well-being. Thank you.
