I am from Seattle. I have always been happy with the service. This review is not about Nordstrom as a whole, but only about the experience I had yesterday.
Every few months I go to this location to get a bottle of Angel perfume refilled. They were out. They did not know they were out and suggested that I go next door to Dillard's. The senior rep was really nice and gave me some samples and let me put the bottle, which they had opened, in a small bag.
I went to Dillard's that had the product in stock. When they tried to put the cap back on, it would not fit. It turned out the first rep I met at Nordstrom damaged the pump device under the lid.
1) How can you run out 2 days before Valentines Day of one of the most popular perfumes on the market?
2) Thanks for sending me to Dillard's.
3) Dillard's exchanged the broken container with a new one at no cost which I had expected Nordstrom to do.
