  • Took my wifes engagement ring here to get resized. It needed to be resized one whole size but they said they were very confident that they could fix it without any issues in the future. Within a week of having it resized, a diamond popped out of the side. My wife called them and they said there is nothing they can do and asked her if she had insurance on the ring because insurance would cover it.. They obviously don't stand behind their work so i will not be back.
