  • I absolutely love this veterinary clinic. I have been taking my cats there for the past three years and they are very professional and do a wonderful upstanding job. My cats see Dr. Ontiveros and she is amazing. She takes her time, answers all of your questions and provides kind and compassionate care to my animals. Plus..my cats really like her! One thing that I particularly appreciate is the fact that she takes time to educate you about whatever is happening with your pet. One of my cats was very ill and Dr. Ontiveros went above and beyond to assist us during this difficult time. The office staff is also very professional and the clinic is neat and clean. I know that they offer many services at the clinic such as grooming and day care as well. When it comes to payment, the clinic staff is very upfront about charges that may be incurred and there are no "hidden fees". They also don't pressure or try to guilt you into services for your animal that you may or may not be able to afford. They just provide you with options and you can select the services you feel most comfortable with on your pet's treatment plan. Overall, they are outstanding!
