  • I'm usually not super impressed by Wolfgang, but I thought I would try Spago a try the other night for dinner. I sat at the bar, and ordered the following: 1 - Glass of the house cabernet - it was good. Nothing special, but wasn't bad. 2 - Tomato and Burrata salad - Delicious. Had a similar dish at Carmine's the previous week, and this one blew it out of the water. very good. 3 - Braised short ribs - This was really good. It was a little too fatty for me, but I think it is par for the course. Service was top notch and my water kept getting refilled. Considering I ran 6 miles before eating, this was very much appreciated. I will put Spago on my list of places to eat at again when i want a quick meal in Vegas.
