  • Both our garage door springs broke at 6:30 am this morning. Leaving us unable to open the garage door and get both cars out. A Major problem! Cookson doesn't open tell 8 am. Called multiple times at 8am. Closed voicemail message for those first 4 minutes. They finally picked up and are so busy that even in an emergency and even after giving them our business since 2003, and many referrals they could not guarantee service today. They offered to put us on a waiting list or service us tomorrow. They are too busy to care they just lost a lifetime of business to A Advanced Garage Door Service. AGDS was super fast and affordable, completed job by 10 am :)
