  • Our home warranty company sent our NVM to check our HVAC system for us as we were told by another company that it was in bad shape and needed replacement. The NVM serviceman spent a lot of time going over the whole system, checked all the readings the other company did with vastly different results and spent time explaining to my husband that there was nothing wrong with our HVAC system. What a relief! THANK YOU for your thoroughness and honesty and not trying to sell us something that wasn't needed!!
