  • My son broke his collar bone in October. I took him here as urgent care was closed. The service was great, he got right back. The problem starts with the bill. After insurance discounts they billed me $2500 for a er visit with an X-ray. They didn't do anything else for him. They made sure he had sensation in his hand, took an X-ray and sent us on our way with a referral. In comparison I recently spent 5 hours at Banner ER had an iv, multiple fluids and medications, ekg, labs, monitoring etc and my bill was only $1000. Then it took me 3 months and multiple requests to get an itemized bill to submit to my accident insurance. Now that the bill is paid I am jumping through the same hoops to try to get my receipt. I will never go back here, it is worth it to drive the extra 10 minutes over to Banner ER.
