  • I'm really not very happy with this hotel. For my stay in early October, I gave up waiting for their shuttle half an hour AFTER I'd call, and took a very expensive 10-minute taxi ride ($35), only to STILL have the kitchen close on me by the time I hit the restaurant. The following morning, I almost missed my flight because their 10 a.m. shuttle left without me, early - AGAIN, even though I'd call and said I was taking it! By the time they came back to get me there, it was cutting things close. The décor of the hotel is sort of modern but really not that impressive. The rooms, too, are kind of standard appointment. The gym is pretty spacious though, even if they aren't well-equipped (machines, one tower, lose weights - that's it!) Neither times I was upgraded. Hey: how many Diamond members did you have to upgrade ahead of me, I want to know, or do you just not upgrade?
