Home Depot does have excellent service in store and their prices are very reasonable. When it comes to Installation projects, that's a WHOLE other story.....
So let's see. In 3 weeks time, I've spent approx $10,000 for windows and patio doors and still have 4,000 more to spend on flooring. I'm schedule today for windows installation, and have been waiting since 8 a.m. I moved my furniture and took off window coverings (per the instructions given to me) and at 9:30 I call and I was told he picked up the windows, there was a long line and now he's on his way. 11:50 a.m. I call and they can't get a hold of him. While on hold I get a call saying one of his workers left town last night and he didn't know and can he reschedule. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT! I understand his situation, but I took today off of work and prepared my house. He apologized and said he would still come over. It's now 12:25 and still no one is here. These are pure EXCUSES and he could've rescheduled at 8 a.m. this morning I was told he was picking up the windows and no one knows what happened with him after that. Home Depot Reps called and left msg's and he did not call them back. POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!! This is how you treat customers that spend almost $14,000 with your store??? #1 He needs to get here TODAY! #2 You can figure out how to discount me.
