  • Terrible service. I was scheduled for a priority appointment between 4-6pm. At 6:30 I still haven't heard from them so I called the to try and find out was going on. They informed be that their was two appointments ahead of me and that the technician wouldn't be able to get to us for another 2 hours. So again I waited. 9pm came around and still no word from anyone. Again I reached out to them only to be told they weren't going to be able to get to me. I was told I would seen first thing in the morning the next day between 8-9am. Not only did they not show up, but this time they didn't even have the decency to answer the phone. Awful, inconsiderate company and I will never use it again.
