  • I stopped by La Bonita since I had an hour to burn while my husband got an hour long massage next door at Best Foot Spa. Overall the grocery store is well maintained and clean. I loved seeing all the food choices at the butcher shop and the cheese case, 3 different kinds of Mexican crema. For Mother's Day La Bonita was advertising a cake, wine and dozen roses for $30. What a steal! After wandering around I was a bit bored and hungry. I tried out their 3 flautas for $3.99 at the deli. Not only was it a cheap lunch but their food is better than Pepe's next door. They also had a band playing in the deli which was a nice touch since I had time to sit down and wait.
