  • I went in on Monday to have 3 pieces dry cleaned. I thought this would be a good place to go because of the ratings I saw for this particular cleaners. I was charged 19.00 which I thought a little expensive for 2 slacks and 1 shirt, but it was close by me and I said what the heck. I wanted by Wednesday at 5 pm which I didn't pick up because I was busy and I really needed by Thursday close of business. I went in Thursday around 10:30 and my garment wasn't ready. I was quite disappointed. He said that the machine was broke or something. I didn't believe it because they were looking for my garments which I felt something was wrong. If he had said I forgot to take care of them I'm sorry, or here's 5.00 off I would've understood for the customer service point of view. But he had to lie to cover up. That's ok, I found cleaners much cheaper and I won't have to smell alcohol on their breath like I did when I dropped my clothes off at Masters.
