  • This store is beyond amazing! It is a must stop on every trip I make to the Phoenix area! After reviewing some of the prior reviews on this particular store, I feel the need to bring some common sense clarity to those who complain about what stores like this take and what they pay. Number one, no one is forcing you to take your items and sell them here. Number two, this is a business that has to make money to exist(it's not just an opportunity for you to take things you don't want anymore and have them give you free handfuls of cash). And finally, WHY IN THE WORLD are you considering even shopping second hand if you're expecting brand new clothing quality. The items I've found in this store are of exceptional quality and I don't expect consignment stores to be perfect, as I'm assuming they sort through hundreds of items per day. MSC is praised by many and I am one of them! I love the product, process, and the help that they share by giving back to animal charities! Keep up the great work and I will be in next weekend! :) Hopefully the haters stay away because that means more for me!!!!
