  • Put my name on the list and was told it's a 30 minute wait. Ok, it's a pretty good waffle so I'll wait. After 45 minutes I start to see other people asking where they are on the list as apparently their time had expired as well. I ask how much longer and was told there's 11 people ahead of me?? How can there be 11 people ahead of me after 45 minutes into a 30 minute wait? I know wait times are approximate, but 30 minutes vs 1 hour and 15 minutes isn't a mistake, it's a lack of knowledge or ability of their staff. For that reason alone, I'll never go back and will be sure to warn anyone who ever mentions this place.
