  • I have been going to ideal image since 2012 and finished my 9 treatments two months ago. Throughout the treatments i had amazing results. The staff was friendly and flexible and made you feel very comfortable. Now that my treatments have been completed for about two months now, the hair has started coming back. I went back in since when I bought my original treatments they were "guaranteed results" and was told since it isn't working, there must be something wrong with my hormones and if I want to continue touching up, I must pay per treatment. I feel completely ripped of considering my two areas cost almost $4k. I knew I was paying more than other places would charge but was okay with that since it was lifetime guaranteed. Don't waste your time, go to a competitor and pay half the price.
