Love this course. I've been looking for a middle of the road quality course to play at when all of the high end courses jack their rates up during the winter months. It's an underrated, well maintained muni course that is a great value. The greens are large, fast and roll true. Tee boxes and fairways are also in good shape it's not until you get off the fairway do you start to notice that this is a city run course. It's very challenging as it is one of the longer courses I've found in Arizona so far at over 7300 yards from the tips. Don't expect anything fancy from a clubhouse aspect as it's basically just a trailer, but that's not why you would come here. I bought the city of Phoenix car for 50 dollars which gets you basically 40% off rates. So after 3 PM it's 14 bucks to walk the course with the card . . . . . Can't beat it! Service is great, beer is cheap, and for the money it's the best value I've found in the valley.
