| - I unfortunately have NOTHING good to say about iMobile Repair/Miles and honestly, I hate to be "one of those people" but after multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I feel others need to be aware how Miles deals with his faulty products/warranty and a dissatisfied customer.
I broke the glass on my iphone, he replaced the glass and put on a protector which I was grateful for; though, the protector had two huge bubbles. When asked about the bubbles, he admitted "I am terrible at putting those on but I'll give you a new protector and you can put it on." Then, I noticed my home button worked but my fingerprint touch did not. Miles stated "its a software issue."...keep in mind, it worked fine before the glass was replaced. He stated, "let me replace the glass again..it could be the part; I get defective parts about 2 out of every 10 that I receive." He replaced the glass again and the fingerprint touch still did not work.
I took my phone to the Apple store and the warranty was void because I used a third party vendor to replace the glass. After Apple replaced the glass, the fingerprint touch worked perfectly. I text and left a voice message for Miles informing that the fingerprint touch issue was due to HIS product not a "software issue" and requested a full refund. He has not responded to texts or calls nor has he attempted to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I paid him in cash and therefore, have no recourse.
