rev:text	Very timely, (said they'd be there from 12-2, called 10 minutes till 12 to say they were on the way, which was very appreciated). The system in my house that I recently purchased look to me like it had never been cleaned. They informed me of the condition and even took a video to see the inside of the unit. Ended up upgrading my originally bought groupon to clean and sanitize the unit and system. I am happy with the results and will feel much more comfortable turning on my AC come the 100 degree weather in a few short weeks.
