  • If I could leave 0 stars, I would leave 0 stars. I have banked at a few places as I have lived in several areas of the country. Summit Credit Union is unprofessional and has double standards that they choose to implement to fit their needs. A bank needs to have set, logical protocols that are followed. This place operates on a "case-by-case" basis. They are personal, personal as in unprofessional. They will not hesitate to treat you like a child and berate you if you have an overdraft. They arrange deposits and withdrawals to work to their advantage so that you will overdraft even if you have enough in your account. They closed an account after they accepted a direct deposit so that my checks would bounce. I was not informed.
