  • It's a nice facility but our casita lost electricity. When I called the front desk, their solution was to send the bell hop to try to fix it... Shockingly a bell hop wasn't able to solve the problem they needed to send an electrician to solve. Managements solution to us was to come get ready (it was the morning) in the hotel lobby bathroom. After twisting their arm, they comped us for a PARTIAL breakfast. This is not acceptable for a place like that. The pools are small as well. Stay somewhere else
