  • Worst customer service ever! I've been getting gel manicures for a very long time now. I'm here visiting family and came to this nail place for a pedicure and gel manicure. The manicurist was not very friendly and was rushing however I brushed it off as I had my son with me and he seemed annoyed. Anyway, I came home and an hour later the top coat of the gel came off. I called and they told me to come in the next day to have it fixed. I went in this afternoon and the girl at the front desk was extremely rude and pretty much was talking down to me like I did something wrong. She found someone to fix my nails and while talking to her she asked if I got a manicure with the gel which I told her I paid $30 so I would hope so. She told me my cuticles were awful and super dry, and the polish was still all over the sides of my nails and it didn't look like he did anything to them yesterday. So when I left I told the girl up front to which she rudely told me she couldn't do anything about it. Needless to say, won't be coming back here ever again.
