  • Called them after they put in a new unit for me last year. I wanted an estimate on putting a vent in the garage. They never showed up, called them and they said they would call back in a half hour. never called back .called them againand they said they would be here tomorrow at 12.00 no one showed up. Got a call at 1 pm today and he said he had put them in before and it would be 2500.00. I would have appreciated being told that the first time and not waste my time waiting on 2 different occasions. $2500.00 for putting in one vent, 10 feet away from another one? Seems excessive to me, they probably did not want the job and quoted me high.
