  • Really bummed with how everything turned out with Gemma. I had an appointment two weeks ago after looking on Group On for a discount and when I called she told me I couldn't get in right away using that discount. So, Gemma informed me that if I wanted to come in right now, I could get a price of $45 for a full set and a fill. I decided to go in and get them done, but she charged me $60. I didn't complain because I felt grateful enough getting in right away without an appointment and she told me to call back in 2 weeks to set up a "fill" appointment. Two weeks later, I called two different numbers and no response. Finally the next day, I called and she informed me that it would cost $75 to get the fill, but she would give it to me for only $50. I was frustrated and explained that my first price included the fill, but she stated that she only has first time customers paying $60 without the fill. By this point, I just gave up the fight. Basically, I looked up these reviews after I got off the phone with her and felt better that I wasn't the only one taken advantage of. Not that it's okay, but now I know I need to look elsewhere!
