  • Publix knows customer service, fresh food, and convenience! When you walk into Publix, be ready to see lots if smiling faces and hear many offers to help you with anything. They often offer my kids a balloon, sticker, or coloring book and crayons. If by chance they don't offer it to us, we ask a friendly associate at the customer service desk and they are always more than happy to give us what we request (usually a balloon). Another reason their customer service is awesome...they let you return any foods you're not satisfied with. No questions asked. The food and cleanliness is always on point! They even have an area for you to enjoy a meal with free wifi. Their soups are DE-li-cious and so are their subs! Yummmm!! They also offer fresh sushi and hot Asian food ready to eat. They also conveniently have coupons available for you at the store. They have a pharmacy (I believe drive thru also). I love this place! P.S. Their cakes are amazeballs too!!
