rev:text	DO NOT fix apple products here. I cracked the screen of my iPhone 6 while visiting from out of state. I chose irepair because of the good reviews and groupon. (They also didn't honor groups). When you sign up for service they warn you of possible "glitches" and tell you about a 90 day warranty. Having cracked other Apple products before and never encountering glitches I was worried but I figured they were just being cautious. My phone was ready an hour later and worked fine upon checking. Later that day it seemed slower to respond when swiping. After returning home I noticed the glass was super sensitive. If it touched your face during a call it would put the call on hold or mute. That never happened before. Then a week after the screen went black and came back after being plugged in for five minutes. This started happening more often until it got stuck for 20 minutes and wouldn't come back. I contacted the store via email and phone. On phone I was told to mail my phone and they would repair it and Mail back. No one in 2016 that uses phone and email for work can afford to be without it for a week. I also didn't trust them to fix it again when this problem was clearly a result of them tampering with it to begin with. I asked for other options. The only other option I was offered was to have it repaired locally and send back the screen to them (so they could be reimbursed by their manufacturer) and if they felt it deserved a refund I would be refunded for the screen not labor. Unacceptable. I took the phone to Apple but they won't repair it because working with this store forfeits your warranty. Don't make the same mistake!! Apple said they use cheap parts that are fragile and do not align with the Apple parts which is why it's loose and goes black. You would expect for almost the same price as Apple they would have the same quality parts and if something was faulty acknowledge that, not punish the customer and work to resolve. The only mistake I made was trusting this was a legitimate business. Pay the extra 10$ and go to Apple. Don't waste your time or money.
