  • I had a took 2 iPads to Jose for repair. He was able to fix one of them, but the other he wasn't able to fix. He only charged me for the one he fixed, but had no reason why he couldn't fix the other. The prices our cheap but the work is sloppy, when you walk in to his house-shop its a complete mess. The worst part was when I took my iMac in for screen for repair. He said it was a easy fix $30 flat fee. When I got there he was drinking a beer. The solder job he did ruined my mac. I took it back to him to let him know it wasn't working and he said he would see whats wrong. No time frame was given on how long it would take to fix it. I called for 2 weeks straight to see if he had had a chance to fix it. He just kept saying no I havent had a chance to get to it. After about 2 weeks of him not getting to it I went to pick up my iMac still not fixed and no REFUND even though he said "NO FIX NO PAY". Very unprofessional, I couldn't believe it. BEWARE do not take your Apple products here. He is running all this out of his house.
