  • Dishonest, untrustworthy, bad customer service and overpriced. I doubt I need to say more, but I want innocent homeowners to know to stay away from this guy. He advised us to change our locks and that he'd be putting in better grade locks. Days later we were broken into. The police officer and repairman both stated weak locks and certainly overcharged. When I called to ask for a refund/explanation, he said no, was very rude and defensive and hung up on me. Ethical/good work should never need to be defended like that. I see he has 5-star reviews here (that's what got us), but don't be fooled like us, those reviews seem prewritten.
