  • Bought a 64GB iPhone 6 plus from here. Before, I went to kiosks all over cross iron mills and some stores in royal oak. None had the phone I wanted, or they didn't acknowledge my existence after I had been there for over half an hour when they were not busy at all. I came here expecting to be let down again, but woah. I was so wrong. The manager, who I didn't get the name of, offered me and my mother a drink, free of charge, then sat us down and we had some conversations and he handed me over to Brett. He was a super nice guy and was very helpful. Some servers were down but it all came together. Then came the $12.99 a month coverage for if I break my phone, they'll cover it. I never do this, but they threw in a case, a $80 screen protector installed, and a battery case. I had to! So I went for it. Process was pain free and easy. Will come back another time
