rev:text	Bad customer service.... Ordered a 4 piece living-room set several weeks before it was suppose to be delivered. The day of delivery came with only 2 of the 4 pieces and was told that it looked like the other half had been cancelled. I verified i was charged and told the driver who had to call the dispatch who was then informed that the portion hadn't made it to the warehouse. I never received a call from Pruitts letting me know that my delivery was going to be short 2 items (should incorporate into policy). I called later that week to get detail as to when to expect the remaining portion of my order and was told they would check and call me back. I never got a call back and ended up calling again the next day and found that the receptionist lost the sticky note my number was on. I received an additional delivery date for the remaining items and was told I would need to call that day at 8 a.m. to find my 4 hour time slot to expect my delivery. I called and was told between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. which never happened. I gave them a call inquiring about the delivery since it was after the time and they stated i was in the afternoon delivery time and could expect it anytime up to 4 p.m. My aggravation stems from an additional day wasted to waiting on a delivery that should have been delivered day one. Lastly, its surprising that a company doesn't think that in the event that they made a mistake or failed to deliver that they don't make sure that the customer is taken care of immediately instead of putting them on the last part of the delivery day as if there time has no value. (poor company culture and values).
