  • I should have known better. It took five phone calls before this company even called me back. My common sense told me I should keep looking for a different company to work with, but I was just tired of making calls and dealing with these businesses who act like they could care less about your business. So, I should have seen the big red flags waving in my face telling me to run the other direction, but I ignored them. I don't think there was a single time I was not dealt with disdain and arrogance, although half of my calls went unanswered. This company was the worst. They were friendly at first until he got my deposit and then he acted like I was invisible. I just needed some simple tile work done for my kitchen remodel and it took 3 months before they even started work. I was given a two week time frame for completion, yet it took a toll of four and a half months to complete. I am very disappointed and they didn't even do a very good job. If you want a great bargain this is the place to go; just remember, you get what you pay for. GIGANTIC MISTAKE. I Lesson learned and I will never give this company my business again.
