  • I live 3 hours away, stopped in for an oil change. Technician complained about my aftermarket oil plug. Says they don't like them. I said that is what I have so please do the job. I drove home, noticed a drip from plug. I decide to drain oil and replace plug. I do so and oil comes out black. The mfers never changed my oil but charged me for it. Bunch of blue collar crooks. I called them to complain. "Please bring it back and we'll look at it". I'm 3 hours away morons.
