Food: The broth from kobo ramen still can't compare to Sora Ramen, for a Ramen it's ok. The Side dishes though were really good, I would recommend getting the pork belly bowl with pickled green onions, the pork belly were stir fried with salt and some sesame oil, this combination in my subjective opinion was great flavor wise.
Ambiance: The decor is the typical ramen setting small dining area with a bar and an added bonus of seeing how the ramen is made. Adds to the experience of Ramen eating.
Service: Service was good, the waitresses were attentive to our needs especially with the kids.
Overall: It's ok for a ramen and would be good to view how ramen is made first hand. I would recommend getting the side dishes in addition to the ramen.
