  • Do. Not. Like. Am I in a dorm room? Checked in today and I'm not a fan. No closets, just a very small coat rack type thing that holds maybe 5 items. No room service. No phone that dials direct to the front desk, I literally have to dial the hotel's full phone number to voice my complaint. What kind of hotel has no closet or room service? Are those not the most basic things you can expect from a hotel? Whatev. Guess I've been spoiled with such luxury before. Ok so to be fair and stop ranting, it is clean and will do the job (just a business trip). But it sure ain't the Ritz, not even it's red headed step child. Won't be back though.
