  • The best advice I can give is STAY AWAY! As a former tenant I can vouch that these are by far the worse landlords ever. A bunch of snakes that will do anything, even lie in court to get money from you. They charged me $400 plus court fees ($4,265) just to take the garbage cans out to the curb. Save yourself, your credit,and your money. Rent from another company! Oh and not to mention the whole week I had to wait for them to fix the A/C unit in the middle of summer!
