rev:text	I am so happy Pho Cao opened right down the street from me. Came in a few weeks ago and wasnt sure if they had opened yet. They were still working on some construction inside but totally let me order Beef Pho (which I highly recommend) They could have told me they were closed and to piss off but they were awesome! Flavor was delicious and will be going back very soon... probably tonight because now i'm craving it. I am giving this 3 stars because its a little confusing where the front door is and the inside could use some work. Definitely need to change the lighting and the layout. It looks like they put tables around randomly, just looks a little more of a dive bar than vietnamese - but I go for the food. Keeping the 3 star rating but totally bummed with my last experience. I love getting take out from here and placed an order Sunday for dinner and went to pick it up and they didn't have my order and were less than helpful or apologetic. They just kept asking if I was Stan ... Do I look like a Stan? Update: Came here for dinner and they had their live music - OMG THIS WAS AWFUL. They had the volume on the absolute highest volume and the people who were signing were actually awful and painful to listen to. I could not have a conversation or even think. I do like their broth and think they give a good portion of meat compared to a lot of other places but I will only ever get take out - DO NOT EAT INSIDE unless you want your ears to bleed.
