  • I locked mine and my aunts keys in my aunts car, I don't lock my keys in cars often so I naturally gave my insurance company my car info so when the guy NAJI OR NAJEET pulled up from 777 tow company he was instantly rude for no apparent reason and very RUDELY said he was not able to do it unless it was my aunts car on his ticket which, ok that's not a problem. He immediately began to call his dispatch to let them know and told us in order to open the door it would be $50.00. As we began to make the payment with the dispatch rep, my aunt asked if we could have the ticket reassigned to her car because my insurance will cover it and they confirmed we could. So I begin to call my insurance to have the ticket reassigned to her vehicle and my aunt told him what I was doing and asked that he wait a moment so I could have it reassigned. I had a representative from my insurance in less than 5 minutes on the phone and they placed me on hold. As I was on hold one of my neighbors begins to ask NAJEET what he was doing at our apartments. He proceeded to tell them he was there because I locked my keys in my car. Keep in mind I DONT KNOW THE WOMAN she lives here but she doesn't need intel on my life but she certainly got it today. Shortly after as I'm still on hold he gets on the phone with his dispatch and drives away right as the rep confirms she reassigned the tickets to my aunts car. This all happened in a matter of about 5 minutes. My aunt called 777 and expressed to them what happened and they said they'd send someone else in 20 minutes after we waited and hour for him to initially arrive. I ended up having the ticket reassigned to PHENOMENAL TOWING where they did a PHENOMENAL JOB and were very kind I will NEVER use this company again I'd rather buy a whole new car then to let 777 towing help me with any vehicle. Dispatch is trash, and NAJEET is trash as well. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!
