  • Never thought I would be writing a review for a Ford dealership in Peoria, AZ since I'm from Cali. But, when our 2013 Mustang's water pump went out while on vacay for Spring Training, we had no choice but to drop it off. And of course it happened on Sunday when the service dept was closed (which normally car dealerships are). They have a night drop off box and very easy to do and convenient. So Monday morning rolls around and Scott Arnold, our service advisor finds out what we think the issue is and I let him know we probably won't be able to pick it up until Saturday since we live in Cali. He said no prob we will get it taken care of for you. Fast forward to Wednesday and Scott calls and lets us know the Stang is ready! He did tell me it was the water pump (thank god we were covered under warranty) and we can pick it up on Saturday. Easy peasy! So, Saturday we get there and our car is nice and washed and they cleaned the engine as well since coolant was everywhere when we dropped it off. Very nice plus! This dealership is probably one of the biggest I've seen and the service dept was very organized and friendly. I think they probably tend to do upsell items for your car that you probably don't really need but hey, I expect that at a dealership. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and would totally bring my car back here if it breaks down during Spring Training again!! Let's hope that doesn't happen!! LOL.
