rev:text	Buyer Beware..i am an out of state buyer (seattle) and will be closing this Thursday at 0815 but this builder POLICY is that i cannot move in till the Home is recorded within 24 hours but yet they can take $100k at closing but yet i have to wait and have to reschedule my delivery of cars and furniture due to their non silly move in policy after closing I am concerned about quality of these homes after reading the other posts and with then mass producing homes i can see where quality could be an issue.
