  • Absolutely terrible customer service. I called the home warranty on Wednesday evening about water coming through my ceiling and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. It's now Saturday and I had to call them. When I did get ahold of someone, Jocelyn tells me no one can come out until Monday. Unacceptable!!! I call another company and they are coming out this afternoon. I should've gone with my gut when I read the other reviews!!!
