  • Why isn't there a zero star option?! The stupid management team did terrible under emergencies! When the bus broke down, the only thing they can tell us was waiting waiting waiting. They did nothing to compensate for our time! No follow-up bus, no additional buses to pick up passengers from other locations! So finally, it's been 8 hours from ORD to Champaign!
