  • I get that you are salesmen but your a person first. I call asking about different options and dude is trying to get me in and sale me something. I just bought a car less than 2 years ago. They don't refinance so I wanted to see options for lowering my monthly payments..... he didn't care to get more information from me or anything just kept pushing for me to come in and buy another car. Customer service goes a lot further and people don't realize that. Keep it real with people and they'll come back and tell a friend.
