  • First of all, I want to thank Traci for trying to make my unprofessional and emotional traumatizing consultation turned ruined hair experience with Rebecca and Brittani better. Second, the decorations at the salon and spa are lovely, welcoming and evoke a sense of charm. I love the festive alpine design. Third, my time spent at the hair salon was extremely unfortunate. Rebecca said she could recreate the caramel look I showed her during my consultation which I planned for a future appointment, but had me leave the salon with white, grey and green hair instead of my virgin black hair. On top of that and paying $120+ (which Traci later refunded), when I returned to speak to Rebecca, she shamed me and insulted me several times and made comments that it was my eyes which were the problem. I have 20/20 vision. Afterwards she criticized the salon's lighting, Traci and her co-worker, other aspects she disliked about the salon and again about me having poor eyesight. When she bargained with me to meet elsewhere to have my hair done by her, I put a stop to her insults and wished her a good evening. There was a lot more that happened which I can make it available, but I would rather leave off this review as I recommend Traci if you are visiting her salon and spa. I did not have the chance to meet her in person but she is very customer-satisfaction centred from our correspondence and as you can see the comments here. To this day, I still have to use henna to darken the white, grey and green streak marks because of what transpired at the salon.
