| - Hey guys it's my birthday! Yay! ...
k anyway,
I'm going to dive right into this review, because if you're reading this, you're probably on vacation & don't care to hear a lot of blah blah blah.
The spa meditation/waiting area reminds me of a nice doctor's office waiting room, or hospital rehabilitation center. The only difference being that, most hospital staff are nice and these people... not so much.
The waiting room is cramped, full of loud woman who don't seem to understand that this is quiet time and put your cell phone on silent for crying out loud! RUDE!
Again, (See Picture) the couches in the antiZen"meditation room" are uncomfortable.
No Wifi, cell phone chargers, hair tools (besides hair dryer), mirror space, private pool, or peace and quiet.
I had a facial and a deep tissue massage...
I couldn't not relax during my services due to the extremely loud landscaping going on outside. Can you NOT have your mowers humming around the spa windows during operating hours?!
I wouldn't book a spa day here. The Ritz Carlton in Uptown is where it's at.
