I recently moved & needed furniture ASAP! I've always purchased my furniture from Ashleys Furniture back home, so I gave this location a try. We walked around looking at various furniture sets for about 15-20 minutes. We fell in LOVE with the perfect living room set & were prepared to purchase. Perfect! The only problem is... no one helped us. Despite walking past 2 sales reps (that weren't busy) & a manager (I'm assuming the guy carrying around files and wearing a headset was the manager) no one helped, greeted, or even smiled at us for that matter. I know they saw us for sure because the manager looked directly at us and seemed to intentionally walk the opposite way. Even if they thought we were "just looking", they could have at least greeted us or asked if we needed help with anything. It was definitely one the worst and most uncomfortable customer service experiences I've ever had. As desperate as I am to get furniture, I refuse to do business with a company that completely ignores me. It's really unfortunate because I loved Ashley's furniture. There are no IKEA stores where I'm from, but thank GOODNESS there's one in Phoenix. IKEA may have a new loyal customer pretty soon :)
