  • I have a 15 year old terrier that's, well... we'll say "entitled". She's always hated anyone to touch her feet, so getting her toenails cut has always been a huge ordeal for her. I used to have it done while she was sedated for dental cleanings, but now that she's so old, I no longer have her sedated so the opportunity for that has passed. She put up a real fight on Saturday, and the girls in this PetSmart were fantastic with her. They took their time, they spoke softly to her and they got it done despite my dog flailing and making the job much more difficult than it needed to be. The ladies working at 7:00pm on a Saturday did an awesome job, her toes look great! Thanks for being there ladies and for knowing how to get a tough job done.
