  • I needed to leave town and needed new tires and an aligment. I was referred to this dealer as they stocked many parts including the tires I wanted. No one else in town had them. They were able to give me a reasonable price with road hazard warranty. Not something I expected from a dealer. Peter went out of his way to facilitate quick installation so I could get back on the road. I ran into a problem with the aligment. I had a lifetime alignment package at firestone so I drove over there to get my free alignment. It was out-of spec and their was no "known" solution. FIRESTONE could not align the tires. Frustrated, I came back to Peter and His technicians worked on it for a few hours and found a workable solution after firestone had told me it was not possible. I don't expect much from dealerships and in this case it all seemed to work out. I am greatful for their dilligence and ingenuity. They put my mind at ease and gave it to me in writing to prove they fixed it. Can't ask for more Great job I highly recommend Peter as your service advisor.
